Gas Company Plans Line Replacement in Nelsonville
The Gas Company will spend about 1700 dollars to replace an old line on Elizabeth Street with 750 feet of new 3 inch pipe. Gerald Baird, division manager, said the project is under way. A local plumbing firm has a contract to install 27 service regulators for customers on Fairview and Diamond Streets to improve service, including the new TB Hospital district.
