Mrs. Jennie Green 77 wife of AFL President William Green was reported in fair condition at Newark City Hospital. She was brought from Coshocton where she lives for treatment of a kidney ailment.

Ashby, head of the NEA Overseas Relief Committee, reported to 3500 delegates that the effort began with Miami teachers last summer and expanded through state and local associations.
