Civil Service Test Slated For Firemen
Fire Chief Charles Dalton reminded applicants of a civil service examination for vacancies in the city fire department. The test is set for 7 30 p m on July 2 at headquarters on Columbus Road. Applicants must be high school graduates aged 21 to 30 and in good physical condition. Applications may be picked up at fire department headquarters and must be returned by July 18.
