Bake Sale Raises Church Funds at First Baptist
Twelve members of the Ladies Bible Class at First Baptist Church organized a Sacrificial Bake Sale plan to fund the church budget. At a dinner hosted by Mrs James Murray and Mrs James Faulkner, they presented semi annual contributions. Instead of selling baked goods, they donate money and reuse the bake sale proceeds, claiming the method yields the same income with less effort and calories.
