Old Church at Racine Marks Century Of Methodist Growth
The Racine Church, completed in 1855 after years of regional growth, was dedicated that year and later saw a 1887 parsonage built at 1900. The Racine Society supported church work as ministers served across Ohio and surrounding districts. A driving eight hours daily at 26 mph would take 26 years to traverse U S highways.
