Athens Junior Woman's Club Plans 3 Card Parties and Sale
Athens Junior Women's Club met at Mrs. Ernest Carhu's home to outline plans for women’s parties at Cottage M on Feb 12 Apr 8 and Jun 1 and a rummage sale on May 2 and 3. Officials urged funds for Athens County Children's Home from the Christmas project. Officers to be elected in February include Dale Bandy vice president Phil Roach recording secretary Mike Schuler corresponding secretary and Joseph Dean treasurer. Refreshments were by co-hostesses Elwood and Schumacher. Gone Mission East Athens Church of Christ held a recent meeting with hostesses Mrs. Russell and Mrs. Stingle for the February session.
