Floyd Dinsmoor a Chauncey merchant was fined five dollars and costs after pleading guilty to intoxication in police court. Chief Herb Parker said this was Dinsmoor’s first intoxication in his life as officers arrested him in Chauncey while returning from Athens. C. 8S. Wingard faced arraignment for parking in front of Hotel Berry and also pleaded guilty, receiving a five dollar fine plus costs.
