Capital Hotel Suit Resumes In Columbus Court
A $3.1 million damage suit filed by the Neil House against the Hotel and Restaurant Employees and Bartenders International Union resumes in common pleas court. The union refuses a temporary restraining order and claims no knowledge of vandalism. The hotel seeks 100000 for property damage and 3000000 in punitive damages.
