Evacuees Return to Homes After Derailment Fire

In Hanover Ohio hundreds of residents returned to their homes as ConRail traffic resumed after an early Saturday derailment. Cars carrying ethylene oxide and ammonium chloride caught fire, prompting the evacuation of about 500 people downwind from the scene due to toxic fumes.
