Trader Is Removed To Ohio Reformatory
Arthur Trader of Athens was sentenced in common pleas court to Mansfield Reformatory for robbing the Ashcraft filling station in Coolville and was taken there Sunday by Deputy Sheriff Charles Evans. Carl Anderson and James Kinney, sentenced for failure to provide and grand larceny, will be taken to Columbus Tuesday by Deputy Sheriff B. C. Day.

Local barber Charles Grandy dies after hemorrhage in New Straitsville
Charles R Grandy 56 died at home after a cerebral hemorrhage. Born September 16 1883 he was a lifelong New Straitsville resident and a 30 year barber. He was a Masonic Lodge member and survived by a mother four brothers and four sisters. Funeral at Methodist Church New Straitsville 2 pm Wednesday with burial in New Straitsville Cemetery.
