Regents Battle Over 10 Million Price Education Proposals

Proposals also seek to dissolve branch campuses into five University Colleges and boost funding for technical education while expanding non voting board seats. Presidents decried the actions as political and harmful to quality, warning of limited time to study the plan before legislative consideration.
