Soviet aid to Cuba eyed in three year plan outlined
European Communist sources in Havana say a Russian team of economic experts arrived last November at Fidel Castro's request to review Cuba's three year plan and to advance the Cuba Soviet trade agreement for the year. They quote Kosygin as delaying a visit until after the Bolshevik anniversary and note Moscow's expected shipment of 155000 additional tons of crude oil this year. They also claim Petro quantity figures from 1963 to last year and state Russia provides about 400 million dollars in non military aid yearly.
