Special Voters Must Meet 1938 Rules in Meigs County
Albert Gloeckner of the Meigs County Board of Elections reports a 13.6 percent drop in costs per vote from 58 cents in 1937 to 44.4 cents in 1938, saving $2,729.84 with 20,068 votes.
