Communists Walk Out of Paris Vietnam Peace Talks Over U S War Escalation

Communist delegations from North Vietnam and the Viet Cong walked out of the Paris peace talks to protest the recent U S air strikes inside North Vietnam. Mills proposes 20 percent Social Security hike in election year

Rep. Wilbur Mills introduces a 20 percent benefit boost replacing a 5 percent rise. The plan would offset the smaller tax increase this year and raise it again next year for higher incomes.
