Senator Var daman assailed President Wilson for asking Congress to refrain from debate on the League of Nations. He urged full discussion to inform the American people and warned against suppressing dialogue during a critical time in the nation's history.
Athens county officials met Monday with York township Albany and other delegations to discuss road repairs across the county. Szna bel was arrested after delivering an alleged anarchist address to 600 Russians. Police say he admitted he was editor of the anarchist paper Nabat published in New York which was suppressed in March 1918.
