Common Pleas Court orders 37 year old Robert E. Guess of 180 Second St sent to Lima State Hospital for up to 60 days for a mental condition examination. Guess bypassed the grand jury and appeared on an information to plead guilty to sodomy charged by a juvenile boy's mother.
