Revolver Found Tied to Wheaton Hardware Burglary
Eph Schwartz a 19 year old Ohio University freshman was arraigned before Mayor Alex Moore on burglary charges for allegedly taking two revolvers from Wheaton Hardware last Wednesday. He was bound over to the grand jury on a 3500 bond after police recovered a 38 caliber revolver and a drill from a local fraternity house. Schwartz claimed the loot and said his nerve failed him at the Beasley station while waiting for more courage. His Geneva address and good University record were noted.
