Brandan had prior prison time. It was the third Ohio bank robbery in a week with suspects captured in Piketon and Morrow.
An east side man named Ralph Wendorff, 36, died at Woodhill and Buckeye Roads when he exited his car and was pinned against a pole as the vehicle lurched forward in a freak accident reported by police.
