St Clairsville Ohio Lola Wells Moore of Barnesville was fined 200 dollars and costs and sentenced to 30 days in jail by Common Pleas Judge Clifford L Belt on a guilty plea to aiding her husband and son steal tires. Kelley Moore and Clarence Wells received identical sentences last week after being apprehended stealing tires in Barnesville last month.
