Clarissa J Loftis of unknown residence is summoned as defendant in a January 15 1906 petition filed by Francis Thomas Loftis in the Court of Common Pleas of Athens County Ohio seeking a divorce on grounds of gross neglect and willful absence for over three years. The defendant must answer after March 10 1906 with hearing set for the February 1906 term.
