Had Authority To Make Deals Judge States
Judge W J Jones of Athens County Common Pleas ruled Anna May Milar is not entitled to damages from Viola Burleigh executrix of Wesley B Lawrence estate and the Security Savings Bank Co. The verdict rests on the George Fenzel will granting Mrs Fenzel trustee power to invest for the estate. Milar argued misconduct by her mother but the court found no abuse of the will and denied all causes of action. The decision hinges on will provisions and sets stage for an appeal by Matthew L Bigger counsel for Milar.
