Neu tralist Prince Souvanna Phouma met with King Savang Vathana in Vientiane and said he would try to keep the cabinet issue from widening the rift. The talks touched on forming a unity government as Laos grapples with political divisions.
President Kennedy continues a relaxed personal schedule in Palm Beach while aides announce the 1963 budget is finished, balanced at about 92 billion dollars.
