Point Pleasant home service Inc filed a civil action in the Circuit Court against Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Gardner seeking $405.35 for furnishing and installing storm windows at their home plus costs and interest.
In New Haven the WSWS of Bachtel United Methodist Church held a Christmas meeting led by Rev. Mrs. Acsah Miller. The evening topic was We Would See Jesus with a candlelight service and silent meditation. Ten members attended.
Real estate transfers in Mason County show multiple parcels moved between parties. Donald Nowlin to Merdin and Wilma Stover for 8 000 dollars. Mason Clinic site to Gerald and Lucy Johnson for 2 600 dollars. Other transfers include Harry Rainey and Ella Fletcher to William and Betty Parsons for 5 000 dollars and George Lyons to Robert Ohlinger for 4 700 dollars.
Meade ow brook kindergarten held its Christmas party with students singing We Wish You A Merry Christmas and other songs. A gift exchange followed the program with attendees including Sara Freeman Johnny Wickline Angela Garland Shani Bailes Herbie Alley Kelly Watterson Averille Sayre and many parents and friends.
The New Haven Neha clima Garden Club gathered at the Alex Quillen Memorial Building for its annual Christmas party and meeting. Hostesses included Mrs. David Fields and Mrs. Harold Bumgarner, with devotions led by Mrs. Bumgarner.
A candlelight Christmas play by youth fellowship at Height United Methodist Church in Point Pleasant begins Tuesday at 7 30 p m. Attendance invited. A Monday church party in the dining hall featured Mrs Charles Cottrill teaching a class. The senior choir sang two Christmas songs during the morning service. Superintendent Clair Lee Cottrill distributed the annual Christmas treat to children. Evening programs by primary and junior departments replaced the usual worship service.

Dismissed include Mrs Georgia Barnette Jessie Legg Cecil Byus and more. New Haven Rhododendron Homemakers Club held a covered dish dinner with devotions and a worship service. Members plan to sell Zip Code books and held a Christmas gift exchange.
The WSCS met at Mrs. Dale Mulford’s home and chose new officers led by president Mrs. Dale Sisson. Elected vice president was Mrs. James Bradbury, secretary Mrs. Arthur Rupe, and publicity officers Mrs. Perry Bradbury and Mrs. Alex Schuler. A potluck supper followed.
