Bridge dispute with Ohio Bridge Corp nears resolution
Richard Rogovin of Ohio Bridge Corp told Athens County Commissioners the county owes the firm 60566 for 1963 bridge work and urged readvertising and possible demolition of current structures. Courts ruled the 1963 contracts illegal but Rogovin argued public title and salvage rights favor the company, while officials weigh a formal readvertisement and legal opinion.
