Nelsonville mayor William Hoffman reported the extension of W Franklin Street past Mount St Mary Hospital has been cleared and reopened for light traffic. The previous abandoned road was graded and limestone placed. it connects to Dorr Run Road and will not support heavy use, easing hospital area congestion on Franklin Street.
