Coshocton Ohio telegraphed report says AFL President William Green charged John L. Lewis with acting as a dictator and blocking peace with AFL followers. Green alleged CIO payrolls include Communists and warned the CIO would wreck the American labor movement if clashes continue.

The panel sought action amid findings tied to labor racketeering and vice conditions following the November 17 assassination of Patrick Corcoran, Teamsters leader, near his home.
