Bolin Orders $1 660 Payment To Rose For Employees

Common Pleas Judge John Bolin ordered the Athens County Commissioners to pay $1,660.98 to Judge Harold Rose so four Probate and Juvenile Court employees can be paid on time this month. The writ cites no valid excuse for withholding funds and notes Rose’s petition alleging illegal salary withholding.
