Wellston Woman Burned In Furnace Backdraft
The Wellston Fire Department responded to a call at the Tom Tucker residence on Indiana Avenue where Mrs. Tucker was burned on the back of the neck as the floor furnace backflashed due to a draft from a closet door. No fire occurred and only minor damage resulted. A separate incident at 309 N Wisconsin Ave involved cardboard under a car catching fire with no damage.
