Estimates are being prepared with bids not to be let until after review, then footing work to begin and full construction aimed around March 1, weather permitting. West unit seats about 7 sections of 1,000 each, with aisles, concourses, entrances, dressing rooms, restrooms, and a full press box. East unit planned later for 5,000 seats with expansion to 7 sections as funding allows.
