Perry County Court Grants Bonds and Returns Grand Jury
Perry County Court arraigned two held to the grand jury and four fined. Clarence Bourne of New Straitsville and John Hargrove of Columbus faced charges including assault with a 12 gauge shotgun and theft of a bluetick hound. Bonds set and defendants released after payment. Additional fines for driving left of center and reckless operation. Common Pleas Grand Jury returned a verdict for Mrs. Delores M. Overmyer in a joint $70,000 suit arising from a September 27, 1959 crash on Ohio 668. Marriage licenses issued to four couples.
