Father, a Columbus attorney, identified the body after newspaper photo surfaced, disproving suicide theory and deeming gang slaying unlikely. body found November 21 after he disappeared November 19 en route from Hampden Sydney Virginia.

James Martin Myatt, railroad engineer, died at midnight Sunday at his home at North Third Avenue and Walnut Street in Middleport. Funeral arrangements are being completed.
Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute announces the death of President Palmer Ricketts at Johns Hopkins Hohnite in Baltimore at 7 a m. He had led the institute since 1901 and passed away on December 10 in Troy N Y's report confirms his long tenure and death location.
