In Mason County the first food stamp coupons will be issued Tuesday January 3 1967. Applicants must have a food stamp authorization card and WV Welfare program ID. Welfare families apply at the county welfare office. others at the food stamp office located 211 Sixth Street Point Pleasant. Applications for January 1967 must be in by December 19 1966. December will be the final month for donated foods.
