Two Men Admit Robbery But Deny Assault Charge
Buckner and Wesley Lewis Buckner pleaded guilty to robbery in Gallipolis bench arraignment before Justice Maurice Grover. They denied the assault and battery with intent to kill charge and explained three months in the city after WV arrival.
