Load limit blamed for blaze at Lime Bank Road home
Fire Chief Danny Knight said the 12 ton Laurel Run Bridge limit forced a tanker over Route 278 to reach the Lime Bank Road house fire, damaging the Craig Littler family home with an estimated 25000 dollars in losses. Fire crews fought the attic blaze before water arrived, destroying three quarters of the roof and three bedrooms.
