Supreme Court Upholds Gilligan on Burr Oak

The court found Judge Hoddinott exceeded his jurisdiction in contempt charges against the governor and upheld a separate contempt citation against a Cleveland theater manager. The decision confirms the governor’s actions amid an inflammatory situation and addresses related injunctions and financial disputes.
