Police Arrest Man Drinking At Station In Gallia County
Otis V. Mc Cormick aged 37 of Patriot Route 1 was charged with open flask after drinking from a bottle inside the Gallipolis police station Monday afternoon. Sgt. Jim Mills noted it may be the first arrest under that statute and possibly the first at the station for a law violation.
