Planning Commission Grants Variance For Drive In Bank
The zoning board of appeals approved a Richland Ave drive in bank and store project while delaying action on another east Athens structure. The board also reviewed noncompliance by Cliff Bean regarding a parking lot variance and heard plans for a new two lot bank building at Richland Ave and Mulligan Rd with 33 parking spaces and a glass front masonry design.
