Diddle to Appeal State Civil Service Hearing
Oval Diddle superintendent of the Meigs County highway district will appeal a removal notice from the Highway Division to a State Civil Service Commission hearing. Diddle, a former Meigs County Republican leader, says the charges stem from county factional politics and intends to be represented by Manning D. Webster of Pomeroy and likely Brooke Alloway of Columbus.
