The Sickles family reunion will be held at the Athens fairgrounds on September 6. Mrs. Adda Clark Barberton is visiting relatives here and will spend a week with Mr. and Mrs. Bradley Ely. An all day service on August 16 featured former pastors Rev. Leslie Dabritz and Mev. L. H. McDaniel. Charles Wilkes of Salem attended, noting school service in the old Town House Building sixty years ago. Several former teachers were seen in the crowd. Mrs. C. Crooks celebrated her sixtieth wedding anniversary in the afternoon.
