Logan Council Denies Fire Protection Cover While Park Plan Advances
Logan City Council discussed a proposed 13 acre park east of Route 93 along the Hocking River with shelter, fields, and river overlooks, while voting against expanding fire department coverage and delaying additional contracts. Fire Chief Courter warned of under manned crews and aging equipment as the council considers maintenance costs and future financing.
