Common Pleas Judge Bolin Orders Court Recording Equipment Purchase
Common Pleas Judge Bolin ordered a $1,550 voucher for a recorder and transcriber after county commissioners delayed action. The two year old demonstrator device is deemed essential to preserve proper trials as urban renewal and other large actions strain funds. Commissioners rejected a $598 mailing machine and declined a $1,148 desk set until next year, though parts were purchased after obtaining year-end billing deferral.
