The 1961 Parade of the Hills opens at 1 p m Sunday at West End Play grounds with Old Timers day honoring bygone baseball players. A 2 p m game pits Hocking Valley All-Stars against Zanesville Pioneers followed by chicken barbecue and a 6 p m concert by the 11th Ohio Volunteer Infantry.
