Minstrel Association Summer Show Entices Local Support
The Big Bend Minstrel Association opens its sixth annual outdoor musical at the Meigs County Fair with community backing from residents and merchants. We note volunteers, clothing and prop loans, lighting crew efforts, and a piano by Bill Wendell to ensure two performances Thursday and Saturday. The cast is praised as talented and youthful, with plans to polish the show in final rehearsals.
