BELLEFONTAINE Floyd Dever a 36 year old former Navy Seabee and boat builder from Rus sells Points claims an economical method to lift the sunken Italian ocean liner Andrea Doria. He wrote to American Hull Insurance Co of New York offering to demonstrate the process in the East River. He says the 29 000 ton luxury liner now lies in 225 feet of water south of Nantucket could be raised in 90 days.
