Cincinnati August 13 George Stephens a Columbus state prohibition officer cannot appear in municipal court again as a witness. It is alleged he drank most of the evidence in liquor law violation cases against Mrs Lulu Puening. Mrs Puening said a party at her home on July 15 was attended by Stephens and his friends and they drank all the whisky but a half pint. The half pint was called as evidence and Harry Wernke the prosecutor said Stephens had consumed it all. The judge issued an order restraining him from appearing again.
