In Dayton authorities report two men were killed and a third person critically wounded in a shooting inside a southwest Ohio home. A man seen leaving the residence in Dayton after the incident was arrested following a five minute pursuit. police do not seek additional suspects and say the shooting does not appear random.
The Athens County Sheriff's Office and city police logged several calls. A pair of suspicious individuals, an open business door in Albany, and a damaging garage entry attempt in Jacksonville were reported. A dispute in Glouster ended with both parties separating. A stolen cell phone was reported in Albany and two phones stolen from a car in Athens near Dollar General. Paige A Walters received a citation for expired vehicle registration.
