Lehman Descendants Hold Annual Reunion in Logan

The Lehman family gathering at Hocking Grange included a picnic and business meeting. Officers for the year are Clarence Hartman president and Dr. Orville Russell vice president secretary treasurer. Attendees came from Indiana Michigan and local areas.

Starr Club Holds Meeting in Logan

The Starr Club of New Straitsville met with Mrs. Chester Wade. Present were Beulah Mathews Emma Fry Edna Littman Grace Leake Myrtle Wallace Mary Windfordner Lena Grandy Nellie Shuttleworth. Guests included Myrtle Wise Denny Mathews and Martha Beddows. Refreshments followed and Mrs. Shuttleworth was named hostess for the next meeting.

At the Logan Duplicate Club meeting Mrs. Carl Bowman and Mrs. Byron Wolfe of Athens won first place. Second went to Mrs. C. P. Bingman and Mrs. Harriet Burgess of Nelsonville, third to Mrs. Puleit White and Mrs. Frank Her Ring. Next session Aug. 16 at Ohio Power Co auditorium. Millfield notices call a school reunion meeting Aug. 14 at 6 30 p.m.
