Weinfurther proposes coordinated services across counties
Weinfurther argues for a unified, cross agency approach to child services within a school district framework. He envisions a central coordinator linking health, welfare, and education to maximize tax dollars while keeping district autonomy. Coordination should focus on identifying needs and plugging in appropriate services across 11 counties, even if districts remain separate.
