White's Mill changes hands for first time since 1994
Tyler Schloss and Rodney Dowler, longtime White's Mill workers, bought the Athens landmark for 360000, keeping the White's Mill name. The two plan to run the farm store and lawn and garden business from the Hocking River site, with Toomey remaining part time.
