Funeral services for Mrs. Caroline Bobo 72 who died Tuesday at her son Bid Bobo's home near Langeville will be at 2 PM Thursday at Midway Church. Burial is in Robinson Cemetery. She was widow of Sherman Bobo and leaves one son six grandchildren. Rev. Harley Bolton to conduct.
Mrs Elizabeth H Neff owner of a 14 acre estate sues Mrs Alter White over a roadway hole that floods her property. Neff claims the hole acts as a catch basin and White has refused to repair it, seeking five thousand dollars in damages.

CINCINNATI 4?-Failure of Raymond Carter age 26 negro to stop his car after Patrolman Harry Batters jumped onto the running board cost him life early today. Batters said Carter tried to knock him from the running board and that his suspicions were aroused as he saw Carter driving the car with two other negroes aboard. The other two were held for investigation.
A coal truck and a car collided head on near New Vienna, killing Orley Cox 63 of Wilmington and James Burns 58 of Allensburg and injuring two others. The Cincinnati Milkshed sees 95 percent of independent milk dealers align to hold prices.
